Mercat Character Sheet

I had this idea for a mercat and I made a character sheet up for it to test out the wacom I'm using from school before starting to color Felix's commission.

I only like kitties when they're soft and fluffy...not wet and slimy! Ewww.

She's still soft and fluffy when she's dry!
Actually I intended this creature not to live underwater exactly, but to be able to go under for a long time. She would still live on land somewhere - cause she's more cat cat than fish. Her tail is the only part with scales.
