I should be able to do that. Worse come to worse I can get a bunch of basics done and you can give what is done and then give the rest when I finish. :)

Layra pointed you to the commission page and the prices are there. These go for $30 for 15 and $1 for every extra on that base 15.
Felix actually found he was missing some other moods he'd like so he's buying a few more. I don't know if you want to get your friend the base amount or just a few more or a completely full mood theme like Felix is getting. If you do - I'll have a few more examples of a completely full theme soon.

Good needs a halo. Happy needs a thought balloon that says 'Purrrr'. Surprised should have an exclaimation not radiating lines. Scared should shiver.Add icecicles to cold. Put a big glowy sun behind Hot. Sick needs a thermometer and a band-aid. Jealous should be all green.
